Koetje Real Estate, located in downtown Oak Harbor, included both new construction and remodeling of the existing space. Landscaping included low impact development, such as pervious concrete and infiltration-friendly landscaping. The project was intricately coordinated with a team of archaeologists to ensure that it did not impact potential native cultural artifacts know to be present in the general area.
