Village Inn is a Commercial mixed-use building, including a partial below grade parking garage, including a pair of EV charging stations.
The main street entry is located halfway between the garage and first floor and allows access to all floors via stairs and elevator. The first floor is dedicating to office space, with the second or top floor is an 8 room Custom Boutique hotel.
The building will be completely ADA accessible.
The building construction consists of a concrete foundation and partial below grade parking garage. The structure is steel beams, with conventional wood framing for floors and walls, thru the roof. Siding will consist of Hardi siding and accent natural wood siding.
