Anacortes Family Center

Quantum Construction is proud to have partnered with the Anacortes Family Center to build the new Family Transformation Center, a transitional housing project! The FTC includes nine fully furnished apartments that supports families for 12-24 months with intensive services, similar to their existing shelter. The several of the units are configurable to different family sizes.

The building was efficiently designed and built, allowing the AFC to complete the project under budgeted goals, including upgrades such as a metal roof, internet-enabled deadbolts to prevent lockouts, luxury vinyl plank floors, and more. A large part of the budget success was based on the team put together- with our subcontractor and supplier team we were able to save AFC over $80,000 in-kind donations, all of which were pledged before the project even began.

In Kind Donations to the project, through Quantum Construction, were made by the following companies: Fisher Excavating, Van Beek Drywall, Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED), Precision Electrical, Mount Vernon Carpet One, Spencer Roofing, Anacortes Plumbing, JD Painting, DK Systems, Judd & Black, Concrete Nor’west (Miles Sand and Gravel).
